Recently, the intelligent aging furnace independently developed by Enping LEADER Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. has passed the certification of the National Energy Conservation Center and won the "Energy saving Product Certification Certificate", becoming one of the few aluminum extrusion auxiliary equipment enterprises in China to obtain this certification, providing technical support for the industry's green transformation.
Aging treatment is a key step in optimizing the performance of aluminum profiles. Traditional aging furnaces generally suffer from uneven temperature and high energy consumption. LEADER Automation's intelligent aging furnace innovatively adopts a multi zone independent temperature control system and a vortex type circulating fan. The temperature uniformity inside the furnace is improved to ± 3 ℃, which can accurately match the aging needs of different grades of aluminum alloys. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with smoke purification and heat recovery modules, with nitrogen oxide emission concentrations below 30mg/m³, far exceeding industry standards.
"Green production has become a mandatory requirement in the aluminum profile industry. Our aging furnace not only helps companies comply with environmental policies, but also reduces waste rates through precise temperature control," said the head of LEADER Automation's marketing department. The equipment has been selected for the "Guangdong Province Energy saving Technology Promotion Catalogue," and the current order volume has increased by 50% compared to the same period last year. Next, LEADER Automation will continue to invest in environmental protection technology research and development, and plans to launch an energy-saving equipment solution for the entire casting extrusion process within this year.
