After on-site production verification, the equipment's single furnace aluminum liquid production capacity has increased by 40% compared to traditional equipment, and fuel consumption has been reduced by 25%, providing a new solution for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the aluminum profile melting and casting process.
It is reported that this aluminum melting furnace adopts a "double chamber connected" structure design, innovatively integrating a regenerative combustion system and a vortex stirring device, shortening the melting cycle of aluminum ingots from the traditional 8 hours to less than 5 hours, and increasing the processing capacity of aluminum ingots in a single furnace to 8 tons. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent oxygen content control system that adjusts the air-fuel ratio in real time, achieving a combustion efficiency of over 95% and reducing fuel consumption by 15 kilograms per ton of aluminum liquid. "In response to the dual pain points of 'capacity anxiety' and 'cost pressure' in the melting and casting industry, we have optimized the combustion path and heat exchange structure to achieve a two-way breakthrough in melting speed and energy-saving effect," said the R&D director of LEADER Automation Melting and Casting Equipment.
At present, the equipment has been put into use in several large aluminum processing enterprises in Linyi, Shandong and Nanning, Guangxi. Feedback from the production director of the enterprise: "After the use of LEADER's new aluminum melting furnace, the daily production capacity of the workshop has increased from 120 tons to 168 tons, saving more than 120000 yuan in fuel costs per month, and the slag content of the aluminum liquid has decreased to less than 0.1%. The quality of the subsequent extruded products has significantly improved." It is reported that the equipment has applied for two invention patents and is expected to be supplied in bulk to the domestic and Southeast Asian markets within the year.
