Common spare parts such as crystallizers, temperature measuring thermocouples, felt belts, etc. are in stock and can be shipped on the same day. The production cycle for special parts is about 7-15 days.

The installation and debugging of a single standard equipment (such as mold furnace, ash stir fry machine) takes about 1-3 days; The linkage equipment (such as traction machine and extruder matching) takes about 3-5 days; The installation and debugging of a complete production line depends on the scale, with small production lines taking about 10-15 days and large production lines taking about 20-30 days. After the debugging is completed, an on-site acceptance report will be provided.

How to troubleshoot and solve uneven temperature during the operation of the aging furnace?

Firstly, check whether the circulating fan in the furnace is running normally, clean the dust on the fan blades or replace the faulty motor; Next, check if the air duct is blocked and clear the airflow channel; If the problem still exists, it is necessary to test the partition temperature control module of the temperature control system, adjust the heating power ratio of each area, and if necessary, add auxiliary deflectors to optimize the airflow circulation. It is recommended to calibrate the temperature field inside the furnace once every quarter.

All equipment comes with a minimum one-year warranty period for the entire machine, and the warranty period for core components such as the combustion system of the heating furnace and the drive motor of the traction machine can be extended to 18 months. The warranty scope includes free on-site maintenance, replacement of faulty parts, and technical debugging services, except for damages caused by improper operation, environmental exceeding standards, or force majeure. During the warranty period, remote inspection services can also be enjoyed once a month.

What could be the possible reason for the slow heating of the mold furnace during use? How to solve it?

The common reasons include three points: ① Heating element aging or damage, need to check the resistance of the electric heating tube/heating wire, and replace the faulty element; ② Failure of insulation layer sealing, check if the furnace door sealing strip is damaged, replace and repair the insulation layer in a timely manner; ③ The temperature control system is abnormal. Check if the connection between the temperature measuring thermocouple and the PLC is loose, recalibrate or replace the sensor.
