By deeply integrating the core production equipment with the independently developed MES (Manufacturing Execution System), it achieves full process data connectivity from aluminum rod heating to profile forming, helping enterprises increase production efficiency by 20% and becoming a new benchmark for intelligent transformation in the industry.

It is reported that the integrated solution uses equipment such as a single rod rapid heating furnace and dual traction machines as the hardware core. The MES system installed can collect real-time data on equipment operating parameters, production progress, product quality, etc., and optimize key indicators such as heating temperature curve and extrusion traction speed through intelligent algorithms. For example, the system can automatically adjust the subsequent heating parameters based on the previous heating data of the aluminum rod, further reducing the heating uniformity error to ± 3 ℃; At the same time, through capacity load analysis, allocate equipment production tasks reasonably and reduce equipment idle time.

"The traditional extrusion workshop has the problem of data silos, and equipment operation is disconnected from production management, resulting in low efficiency," the head of LEADER Automation Intelligent Business Unit said that this solution has been implemented in an aluminum profile enterprise in Zhaoqing, Guangdong. After implementation, the delivery cycle of enterprise orders has been shortened by 15%, and the scrap rate has decreased by 3 percentage points. At present, the solution has been adapted to extrusion workshops of different scales and can provide standardized deployment and customized development services.
