The nitrogen oxide emission concentration is as low as 20mg/m³, far exceeding the national industry standard (50mg/m³), and has been selected as a benchmark product for environmental protection upgrading of melting and casting equipment in the National Green and Low Carbon Technology Promotion Catalog.
Homogenization treatment is a key process to improve the performance of aluminum bars. Traditional homogenization furnaces have problems such as uneven heating and excessive exhaust emissions. LEADER Automation's intelligent homogenization furnace innovatively adopts the technology of "zone precise temperature control+tail gas catalytic combustion". The temperature uniformity error inside the furnace is controlled within ± 2 ℃, which can adapt to the homogenization needs of various aluminum alloy grades such as 6063 and 6061; At the same time, an efficient dust removal device is integrated, and the exhaust gas is discharged after triple filtration, with a particle removal rate of 99%. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a waste heat recovery system, which can recover the heat from exhaust gas for workshop heating. Each device can save about 8 tons of standard coal per year.
