The production line delivered this time includes core equipment such as single rod rapid heating furnace, double traction machine, mold furnace, and aging furnace, which can adapt to the processing of aluminum rods with a diameter of 120-200mm. The designed production capacity is 8 tons/hour, optimized for the high-temperature and dry climate environment in the Middle East region. To meet the customer's demand for "rapid production", LEADER Automation has formed a special service team and adopted a collaborative mode of "equipment prefabrication+on-site assembly" to complete the production of core components and system debugging ahead of schedule, shortening the on-site installation cycle by 40% compared to conventional methods.
"The demand for aluminum profiles in the Middle East market is growing at a rate of 15% per year, and customers have extremely high requirements for the stability and delivery efficiency of production lines," said the manager of LEADER Automation's overseas business unit. The production line is equipped with a remote operation and maintenance system, and customers can monitor the operation status of equipment in real time through their mobile phones. LEADER's technical team can achieve 24-hour remote fault diagnosis. As of now, LEADER Automation has provided customized production line services for aluminum profile enterprises in 12 overseas countries, and its overseas market share has increased to 35%.
