The core of this solution lies in data connectivity and intelligent decision-making: more than 20 types of sensors deployed on the device side collect real-time data on aluminum liquid temperature, flow rate, composition, and casting rod cooling rate. After being transmitted to the cloud platform through 5G network, AI algorithms are used for abnormal warning and parameter optimization. For example, when the platform detects that the hydrogen content in the aluminum liquid exceeds the standard, it will automatically instruct the refining device to increase the degassing force; Dynamically adjust the insulation time of the homogenization furnace based on the hardness testing data of the casting rod. In addition, the platform also has functions such as automatic generation of production reports and equipment maintenance prediction, which can reduce manual intervention by more than 90%.
"The traditional melting and casting workshop relies on manual experience regulation, and the fluctuation of parameters leads to a high scrap rate," the director of LEADER Automation Intelligent Business Unit said that after the implementation of this plan, the qualification rate of aluminum bars in cooperative enterprises has increased from 92% to 97%, reducing scrap losses by more than 80000 yuan per month. At present, the intelligent solution has formed a standardized product package, which can provide basic and flagship services according to the scale of the enterprise, and is suitable for casting workshops with an annual production capacity of 30000 to 100000 tons.
