The heating cycle is shortened from the traditional equipment's 40 minutes to within 28 minutes, and the heating uniformity error is controlled within ± 5 ℃. Feedback from the production manager of the enterprise: "After using the new LEADER heating furnace, the monthly electricity expenses have been reduced by nearly 40000 yuan, and the heating quality of the aluminum rod is stable, and the qualified rate of extruded products has increased by 2 percentage points."
