The working theory of Regenerative burner is: Use the special refractory balls to absorb and save the heat energy through the exhausting air. Then when the combustion-supporting air goes through the special balls, it will be pre-heated before go into the furnace chamber, so that to save the fuel for heating cool air. There’s about 20%~25%fuel consumption can be saved by this design.
Also, we have blower for cooling the burner.
