1, Double puller is consisted with two puller heads with two rails and single hot saw,Each puller will have its own rail and the hot saw can be under the initial table or beside the initial table.
2. The pullers and hot saw are controlled by PLc, During the machine working, the customer can select both pullers working or single puller working according to the production requirement.
3. The puller is driven by Servo motor with chain and speed and puller force are adiustable.
4. The hot saw works as well as fly cut driven by chain, During the machine working, the saw can find the connection point but the press no stop so that to decrease the scrap. When cutting, the hot saw will connect the puller together so to make sure both are synchronous.
5. The whole working process is controlled by PLc, On the HlM, the real data will be showed, such as puling force, return speed quantity of cutting ect.. Meanwhile, the operator can also set the data on the HlM.
